Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology

The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology of CQMU-SH was established in 1962, which has undergone the transition from the film era to the digital and cloud data era. It has successively introduced dental X-ray machine, digital X-ray machine, panoramic X-ray machine, cone-beam CT and spiral CT. Now, the department has a professional dental imaging team that consists of 17 faculty members, including associate chief physicians, attending physicians, physicians and technicians. Our main work is to carry out the imaging diagnosis and radiography of oral and maxillofacial tumors, trauma, inflammation, temporomandibular joint, salivary gland, dental pulp, periodontium, dentition disorder, facial malformation and other diseases. Besides, the department is equipped with the fully facilities, including 1 spiral CT unit, 3 cone beam CT units, 1 digital X-ray machine, 4 panoramic X-ray machines, 4 dental X-ray machines and PACS.

2. Oral and maxillofacial spiral CT photography and imaging diagnosis

3. Digital panoramic radiography and imaging diagnosis

4. Digital lateral cephalometric radiography and imaging diagnosis

5. DR photography and imaging diagnosis of chest
