CQMU-SH Made Breakthrough on 2022 Invention Patents

CQMU-SH made breakthrough on 2022 invention patents with the total number of 13. Compared with 3 in 2020 and 6 in 2021, the number of invention patents granted has doubled in this year, demonstrating a new breakthrough. Among them, our professor Song Jinlin, as the main inventor, has been granted 1 invention patent, professor Yang Deqin granted 4, professor Yang Sheng granted 2, associate professors Tan Fabing, Zhou Jianping and Gao Xiang, and lecturer Hu Bo, Luo Shumei and assistant Zhou Wenqiao granted 1, respectively.

The number of patent applications and patent authorizations is a barometer to measure the scientific research innovation ability of colleges and universities. CQMU-SH has always attached great importance to science and technology in leading innovation, constantly creating a strong innovation atmosphere and continuously enhancing the innovation momentum to boost development. The data shows that our patent applications and patent authorizations have continued to grow by more than 30% per year in the past three years.

Associate researcher Zhang Ximu has singed an investment intent agreement of 20 million yuan with Suzhou Zhongwen Privately Offered Fund (P1066013) one her research project, which shows that the project has great potential and good expectations for the clinical application. The team members are negotiating with Chongqing International Biological City and Suzhou Industrial Park on the construction of the factory, marking the great advancement of our scientific and technological innovation in the field of drugs.
