CQMU-SH postdoctoral researchers won 6 of 2021 Chongqing Postdoctoral Research Projects

On 17 June, 2022, Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau released a list of 2021 Chongqing Postdoctoral Research Projects, and six of our postdoctoral researchers obtained the projects, among whom Wang Ting received the International Postdoctoral Exchanges Cultivation Plan, and Wang Haiyang, Zhai Qiming, Liu Yang, Zhang Wenfeng and Chen Liang received the Special Project of Postdoctoral Research Program, respectively.

The International Postdoctoral Exchanges Cultivation Plan is set up to support a batch of postdoctoral researchers and fresh PhD graduates who are about to be postdoctoral researchers to collaborate on preponderant discipline and advantageous fields in top colleges and scientific institutions, as well as famous companies in other countries or regions. The Special Project of Postdoctoral Research Program is set up to support a batch of outstanding postdoctoral researchers to carry out innovative and fundamental research.

CQMU-SH puts a high value on postdoctoral cultivation and selects potential and innovative postdoctoral researchers as the reserve force of high-level innovative talents by providing excellent working and living conditions. So far, CQMU-SH has recruited 43 postdoctoral researchers with 30 in service, who have achieved 89 projects of all kinds and levels with over 14.8 billion RMB funds and published over 50 high-quality articles. Over the past few years of training during postdoctoral stage, the postdoctoral researchers have gradually developed into the scientific research backbone and core talents of our hospital, and their role being the reserve of college teachers and scientific research and production has been sufficiently exerted.
